I'd do it the other way around, redirect www to domain, and leave everything else be. Means that banana.domain.dk is perfectly valid, but if you're doing * aliases anyway...
Or, perhaps slightly more clever: redirect www. to . www.banana.domain.dk gets redirected to banana.domain.dk, getting the point across...
