you can find much more flags here:
http://www.speedtech.it/files/localizer-flags.tgz
but be aware of this problem http://drupal.org/node/172563

there are 184 different 2 letter language codes according to:
http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php
but I am sure you can not associate country flags for all of them..
